Full assessment for ADHD as described above, including information gathering, diagnosing and commencing on medication

Medication review
Following initial titration, medication reviews or repeat prescriptions may be requested at extra cost

Routine follow up appointments
If required, routine follow up appointments can be offered every 6 months or as necessary
